Mainstreaming Methodology
A look towards equal conditions
Over time, we have adopted the mainstreaming methodology as an integrated approach to gender.
This approach allows us to understand the situations where cases of women and girls in a state of inequality and vulnerability occur to support each incident; and work to achieve equality and equity in participation in projects, programs, and activities that we propose.
Our strategy aims to bring a positive impact in homes subtly and respectfully, evaluating the needs and priorities of girls and women without omitting the needs of boys and men who participate in developing any political implication. We consider that the actions for expanding opportunities in fair conditions happen due to the family, community, and personal space.
